When Peter Quill, Gamora, Drax, and Mantis arrive in Knowhere, they discover Thanos in possession of the Reality Stone.
He travels to Nidavellir with Rocket and Groot to enlist the help of the dwarf king Eitri in the creation of the battle-axe Stormbreaker.
